Shipping

All orders are packed and sent from our warehouse in Perth, Western Australia.

We offer free shipping, Australia wide on all orders over $59. 

Orders under $59 will be charged a flat rate shipping cost of $8.95.

Express Post (1-3 days) is available on all orders for $13.95.

All orders placed before 2pm AWST are posted the same day.

 

Packaging

Our postage bags are made here in Australia by HERO Packaging and are certified Home-Compostable!

They look and feel like plastic, but they are made from 70-80% PBAT (a co-polymer that is completely compostable) and 20-30% PLA (which is a fancy way of saying Cornstarch!)   

 

Returns / Refund Policy

We do not offer refunds or accept returns for change of mind.  please contact us at glowora@bigpond.com with any concerns or questions you have on how to use your and get the most out of your products.

 

Faulty, Incorrect or Damaged product.

If you receive and incorrect, faulty or damaged product please contract our customer care team at glowora@bigpond.com and provide details of your order and photos for review. 

Please note all returns must be paid for by the customer and we do not take responsibility for the shipping costs for the returned products.
