All orders are carefully packed and shipped from our warehouse in Perth, Western Australia.

We offer free shipping Australia-wide on all orders over $59. For orders under $59, a flat rate of $8.95 applies.

Need it faster? Express Post (1-3 business days) is available for $13.95.

Orders placed before 2 pm AWST are dispatched the same day, so your glow is on its way quickly!

Packaging
Our postage bags are proudly made here in Australia by HERO Packaging and are certified home-compostable. They look and feel like traditional plastic but are made from 70-80% PBAT (a fully compostable co-polymer) and 20-30% PLA (a plant-based material derived from cornstarch). Good for your skin—and even better for the planet.

Faulty, Incorrect, or Damaged Items
If you receive an incorrect, faulty, or damaged product, please contact our customer care team at glowora@bigpond.com, including your order details and photos for review.

Please note: all return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, and we do not cover shipping for returned products.
